Summary
Goshen Physicians is hiring a Board Eligible / Board Certified ENT/Otolaryngology APP (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our team. This is a full-time position focused on in clinic care. We’re looking for a passionate Advanced Practice Provider to work in a team centered, collaborative environment. This office sees a high-volume of referral patients from our network of Primary Family Practice clinics across northcentral Indiana. Patients range from all ages presenting multiple needs for care.

Candidate Requirements:
- Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified
- Strong knowledge of ENT anatomy, physiology, and pathology
- Strong diagnostic and clinical skills
- Knowledge of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
- Focus on community with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Provide personal, comprehensive and continuing care for the individual in the context of the family and the community
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in utilizing electronic medical records
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
