BACKGROUND:
A proven leader with deep expertise in managing strategic initiatives, HR functions, payroll processes, and talent acquisition within large and complex medical organizations.
Job Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership : Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that align with the organization’s vision, mission, and business objectives.
?
Business Partnership : Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, Deputy CEO, and their teams, providing insights and guidance on organizational design, talent management, and workforce planning.
?
Change Management : Lead and support large-scale change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with organizational business strategy.
?
Talent Strategy : Oversee the design and implementation of talent acquisition, retention, and development programs that attract and grow top talent.
?
Employee Relations : Champion a positive workplace culture by proactively addressing employee relations issues and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
?
Performance Management : Drive a results-oriented performance management system that supports employee growth and organizational success.
?
Compensation and Benefits : Collaborate with leadership to ensure competitive and equitable compensation and benefits practices that attract and retain employees.
?
Data-driven insights : Leverage HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and measure the impact of HR initiatives.
?
Compliance : Ensure adherence to all employment laws and regulations, maintaining the highest standards of ethics and integrity.

Training : Ensure that training meets all program requirements, and that staff has the appropriate training for their job roles.
?
Payroll Administration —Supervises the payroll process to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and reconciliations. The Director of Human Resources will work closely with the Director of Accounting to ensure that all payroll reports and analytics are accurate and timely for the financial department's needs.

Coach and develop the On-Boarding team, payroll team, and project management (training).
?
All other Duties assigned by your supervisor.Qualifications
?
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or certification (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP) preferred.

5 years of progressive experience
?
Proven experience managing strategic HR initiatives within large organizations.
?
Strong business acumen to align HR strategies to organizational objectives.
?
Expertise in talent management, organizational development, and change management.
?
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
?
Demonstrated ability to lead through complexity and ambiguity while delivering measurable results.
?
Proficiency in HR technology systems and data analytics tools.JOB FACTORS :
Physical Requirements: Requires considerable physical effort most of the day. The job requires squatting, kneeling, reaching, twisting , walking, and sitting for long periods of time.
Mental Requirements: Must be able to make sound judgments based on assessment and data available and act accordingly. Must be able to be flexible, innovative, and work independently. Must possess good interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize multiple functions or tasks.
Hours: Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekdays , some weekends, evenings, and holidays if needed. Must be flexible and able to travel.
