As our Video Editor, you'll transform raw footage into polished, engaging content that clearly communicates our message and resonates with entrepreneurs who want to make a difference through their work.
Who We're Looking For
You will be responsible for editing videos that attract millions of viewers in our rapidly growing business, which experienced 220% growth between 2023 and 2024 and is on track to hit $5 million in revenue this year. Your high-quality edits will directly influence channel growth, audience retention, and ultimately, business revenue.
This role isn't for someone who requires constant direction or hand-holding. It's for someone who can receive footage, then independently create compelling content that aligns with our brand and drives viewer engagement. You'll be expected to maintain exceptional production quality while meeting tight deadlines in our fast-paced environment.

As our Video Editor, you will:
- Edit long-form YouTube videos that reach millions of viewers on YouTube and create content that drives viewer engagement and conversions (primary responsibility)
- Create short-form content for social media platforms from existing footage
- Edit course modules and training videos for our education programs
- Produce promotional videos for product launches and marketing campaigns
- Develop intro/outro sequences and branded motion graphics
- Collaborate with the Creative Strategist to ensure brand consistency
- Manage video assets and maintain organized project files
- Meet tight deadlines with exceptional quality standards
- You have 2 years experience in professional video editing
- You're proficient with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- You understand pacing, storytelling, and how to maintain viewer engagement
- You can take a project from concept to completion with minimal supervision
- You're detail-oriented and committed to technical excellence
- You thrive in a structured environment with clear goals and accountability
- You're a self-starter who takes initiative and ownership of your work
