Asset Protection Specialist

Gosincro is a 3rd-party logistics provider, offering parcel fulfillment and sortation solutions around the world. Our clients are eCommerce marketplaces that utilize our technology, operations, and courier resources to deliver orders to their customers globally. We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Loss Prevention Analyst to help reduce package loss in our warehouse operations. In this role, you will dive into data to identify potential risks, monitor for theft using video surveillance, and work closely with the operations team to implement solutions that enhance efficiency and security. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to maintain high service standards and minimize loss.

Essential Functions:

• Analyze package status and identify potential risk areas contributing to loss.
• Investigate discrepancies by cross-referencing package handling data with video footage to detect theft or process gaps.
• Collaborate with operations teams to develop actionable recommendations for reducing package loss and improving workflows.
• Monitor and report key metrics related to warehouse loss trends, providing regular updates to leadership.
• Partner with security and warehouse personnel to implement preventative measures and drive loss reduction initiatives.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in loss prevention, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and warehouse workflows.
• Knowledge of risk management principles.
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Google suite, or data visualization tools like Google Looker Studio

Experience:

• 1-3 years experience working with Asset Protection and Loss Prevention in a warehouse or commercial setting
