The role of Community Partner Liaison (CPL) will focuses on ways to identify, cultivate, develop, and sustain relationships with community partners, donors, churches This role will involve extensive in-person engagement with target organizations and at relevant community events. Coordinate and assign usage of working space areas, assist in the coordination and collaboration with Program teams, and perform other management functions The CPL acts as the primary contact and project manager for various Community Partnership Initiatives, contributing to GRM's broader strategic goal of fostering ongoing engagement. Build trust and maintain open lines of communication with a variety of stakeholders, as these elements are essential for successful collaboration. Connect GRM with Community Partner in securing employment for guests as available Must be proactive in recognizing and addressing conflicts and concerns. Engage confidently with both senior leaders and community members from different backgrounds. Strive to synthesize information and make complex ideas easier to understand. Work is performed under general supervision and is evaluated through conferences, observation, reports, progress on projects, and feedback from the clients as well as by success in completing the projects. This individual will ensure that the work accomplished on the team aligns with GRM’s strategic plan.

General Activities
- Establish and maintain relationships with community members, stakeholders, and organizations. act as a liaison between the organization and the community, conveying information and addressing concerns.
- Work in conjunction with Strategy, Workforce Development, and Aftercare departments to ensure partnerships with employer, housing, aftercare, and on-site partnerships.
- Provide Community Partner with access badges and door keys for authorized employees as needed;
- Organize community events, programs, and initiatives to promote engagement and support.
- Establish Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between community Partners and GRM
- Align Program with Community Partner in securing shelter beds for partner organization clients as available
- Establish and build healthy Christ-honoring relationships with guests while maintaining the Code of Ethics
- Analyze existing services and collaborative working partnerships to identify gaps, then work with partners to ensure collective action towards measurable goals
- Ability to interact comfortably with high-level leaders, as well as community members from diverse backgrounds
- Possess confidence and humility to ask questions, admit and address challenges
- Demonstrated experience in helping to grow a sustainable program
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between the partnering organizations
- Ability to work under pressure on multiple projects, meet deadlines, and creatively problem-solve
- Assess the current conditions, including the outcome’s trend over time and the partners that are working toward the outcome
- Monitor interventions against outcomes and ensure the partnership modifies practices based on findings.

Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Arts of Communication, Nonprofit Management, Business Management, or a related field, in addition to advanced specialized certification (5-plus years of equivalent experience may count in place of degree)
- 5 years of nonprofit experience
- 3-plus years of experience in adult professional development, client advocacy, social work, educational and vocational innovation, and clerical processes, providing expedient customer service in a moderate-to-fast-paced environment.
- Expert user of Microsoft Office Suite
- Skilled at presenting to groups, networking with partners, public speaking and managing vendors
- Proficient and meticulous attention to detail, active listener, and problem solver
- Experience in marketing, public relations, communications or a closely related field is a plus.
- Maintain a valid Arizona Driver’s License and must have a clean driving record
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
- Must be an evangelical Christian, living a life dedicated to Christ, and be an instrument of God’s love, grace, hope, and forgiveness to all
- Some local travel to other locations for meetings or for other business related needs.
- Requires frequent sitting, standing, and walking and lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects weighing up to 50 pounds
