RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process Payable Invoices
- Reconcile various accounting schedules
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Assist in other internal office processes as required
- Post accounting schedules
- Research and answer all payable and vendor inquiries
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience as an accounting clerk, in automotive dealership would be a plus or banking, finance or title loan experience
- Knowledge of Excel
- Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results
- Team-oriented attitude
- Organizational, communication and computer skills
