Store Associate
Are you a motivated, energetic individual looking for a rewarding role in a dynamic environment? Gossner Foods is hiring a Store Associate to help deliver exceptional customer experiences while supporting our premium dairy products and more!
What You'll Do:
Ensure store operations run smoothly by following company and department policies, including GMPs.
Take and process phone, email, and hand-written orders accurately, and ship promptly.
Learn and operate FedEx and UPS shipping programs with ease.
Keep shelves stocked and products organized to meet customer demand.
Assist customers with a friendly, positive attitude-whether at the register or on the floor.
Label products, operate cash registers, and provide top-notch customer service.
Maintain excellent housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
What We're Looking For:
- Self-motivated with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes quickly.
- Willingness to work extra hours, including weekends as needed.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- A positive attitude and team spirit are a must!
Schedule:
🗓️ Monday - Saturday | 24-30 Hours/Week (with opportunities for more!)
Pay:
- Training pay starts at $17.00/Hour with a potential to reach $17.75/Hour after meeting all skill levels.
Qualifications:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be able to able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis. Will be required to lift up to 100 lbs. occasionally.
- Candidates must pass a pre-employment background check, drug test, and physical fitness test to determine eligibility.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Demonstrate ability to read, write and speak in English.
- The individual must be able to work on a team.
- The employee will receive job specific training needed to succeed in this position.
