The Role
We are looking for a Group Account Director to support a new AI-powered content studio team on a new automotive client at T&Pm, from the moment briefs are received, all the way through to delivery.
This role positions you as a client partner, demonstrating your leadership, strategic direction, accountability, and vision for their business. In addition to having day-to-day relationships with senior clients, you’ll be a mentor for your team, ensuring unity, optimizing talent utilization and growth among all team members.

Responsibilities
- Foster and maintain a strong relationship with multiple senior client leaders through a demonstration of industry knowledge and of the application to business challenges
- Manage all aspects of the client business providing superior customer service while maximizing business opportunities
- Know and understand the client mandatories and regulations which must be adhered to in response to each brief
- Understand client compensation structure and implications of plan changes
- Responsible for meeting business KPIs
- Understand and drive the strategic vision
- Serve as the key contact for partner agency leads and external client partners (eg. PR, Media, etc)
- Work closely with all disciplines (Strategy, Creative, Media, Production etc.) to foster excellence in all deliverables
- Review creative work and provide your creative colleagues with constructive feedback in accordance with outlined creative briefs and client feedback
- Keep internal stakeholders and clients informed regarding projects, activities, deadlines, and deliverables
- Protect the creative integrity of ideas or solutions from internal or external factors, from conception through to delivery
- Must have substantial previous agency experience, with some time as a group account director preferable
- Experience working with complex businesses with multiple business lines
- Experience working in a multi-agency / multi-entity environment
- Ability to manage, develop, motivate and mentor junior team members
- Automotive experience a bonus

Salary : $180,000 - $200,000
