What It's Like to Be a Lawn Treatment Service Manager

As our Full-Time Lawn Treatment Service Manager, you'll lead a team of lawn care technicians in delivering top-tier treatment services including fertilization, weed control, tree and shrub care, aeration, and fungicide applications.

You'll:

• Coach and train lawn specialists to perform treatments with precision and safety
• Ensure services meet or exceed client expectations
• Conduct interviews, select top talent, and create a positive work environment
• Maintain high standards in efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction
• Oversee treatment equipment use, maintenance, and repair

This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on making things grow—both lawns and people

• High School Graduate
• Three (3) or more years of related experience in lawn care services/ lawn care treatments such as lawn fertilization, tree and shrub care, aeration, weed control treatments, fungicide treatments, pest control applications.
• 3 years of supervisory management experience required
• Certificates licenses and registrations as required by federal and state law
• Valid permanent driver's license from state of residence and a clean driving record per company standards are required.
• Current liability auto insurance required. Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid DOT medical card. Must be 21 years of age by date of hire.
• Experience with repair and maintenance on equipment and vehicles.
• Proficient with Google sheets or similar software.
• Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.

Compensation details: 50000-80000 Yearly Salary
