Requirements for Lawn Care and Pest Control Operations Manager

• High School Graduate
• Three (3) or more years of related experience in lawn care services/ lawn care
• treatments such as lawn fertilization, tree and shrub care, aeration, weed control
• treatments, fungicide treatments, pest control applications.
• 3 years of supervisory management experience required
• Certificates licenses and registrations as required by federal and state law
• Valid permanent driver's license from state of residence and a clean driving record per company standards are required.
• Current liability auto insurance required. Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid DOT medical card. Must be 21 years of age by date of hire.
• Experience with repair and maintenance on equipment and vehicles.
• Proficient with Google sheets or similar software.
• Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
