YOUR TYPICAL DAY:

As one of our full- or part-time Experienced Maintenance Tech, you'll spend your days providing expert support, conducting repairs and installations, and communicating with our valued customers. THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO BE CONSIDERED:
- 3 years of experience performing plumbing and HVAC repairs and installs
- Maintenance experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Any state license in plumbing and HVAC
- Electrical experience
- Sheetrock experience
- Bilingual
WORK SCHEDULE & LOCATION:
This is a full or part-time position based in Deer Park, TX. Our typical hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional weekend availability required.
