Job Description An after school enrichment provider serving the Los Angeles community is seeking Coaches to provide regular afternoon Enrichment Classes in sports, arts, games and other fields!
$75 per 2.5-hr block. Monday thru Friday available, or partial schedules on certain days At elementary schools in West LA.
Part time opportunities are available for individuals specializing in different active and creative fields to teach fundamentals, have fun, and work with a range of students who are excited to play!
The job takes place at various locations throughout the Los Angeles area in the afternoons from 1:30pm-4pm daily, mainly in West LA.

The Enrichment Teacher and Coach is responsible for planning, organizing (in conjunction with our administrative team) and leading classes for all enrolled participants.
Qualifications, Responsibilities, Tasks:
- Must be adaptable, work quickly and efficiently, and have an exceptionally positive attitude always looking to improve.
- Self-starter and performs tasks with minimal supervision.
- Strong communicator. Good verbal and written communication skills, responsive via phone and email.
- Punctual and dependable.
- Able to follow health and safety protocols without exception.
- Passionate about helping youth reach their potential and provide participants with the appropriate leadership during the program.
- Develop and plan activities that incorporate program goals into the daily routine.
- Provide a safe environment for participants at all times.
- Prepare developmentally appropriate activities based on the age of the participants.
- Communicate with the administrative office regularly and within protocols.
- Ability to use good judgment and effective problem solving skills.
- Proactive mentality.
- Clean-up venue after the program is finished.
- Assist in other programs as needed.
- Attend Zoom training meetings.

Pay: $25.00 per hour
