WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH
Joining the Got Rack team as a Powder Coat Paint Specialist means you will be at the forefront of our product finishing, ensuring every piece of industrial racking leaves our facility with an immaculate and durable finish.

YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted.
- Operate powder coat equipment efficiently to produce a high-quality finish on industrial racking components.
- Mix and apply paint, ensuring consistency and quality control.
- Monitor equipment for maintenance needs, ensuring optimal performance.
- Ensure paint guns, hoppers, and related equipment are cleaned and maintained, ensuring longevity and consistent quality.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures, ensuring a safe workspace.
- Perform routine quality checks, ensuring the final product meets Got Rack’s stringent quality standards.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely and efficient workflow.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the paint booth and related areas.
YOU HAVE
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in powder coating or industrial painting, preferably in the racking sector.
- Familiarity with paint composition, paint mixing, and application techniques.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring consistent, high-quality finishes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 55 pounds.
- Commitment to adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
