Summary
Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. The receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies as well as additional clerical duties.
Essential Functions
- Answers telephones with enthusiasm and properly take messages if needed.
- Greets and directs visitors to the company.
- Filing in alphabetical order.
- Typing miscellaneous documents, emails, etc.
- Receives, sorts and forwards incoming mail, address envelopes.
- Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
- Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies.
- Create and update Excel spreadsheets
Qualifications and Skills
Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Work, etc.), experience a must.
1 year of receptionist experience preferred.
Presentable and upbeat personality required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
