Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Member to join our culinary team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently while providing exceptional service to our guests. You will be responsible for food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting in various kitchen tasks to support our culinary staff. Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of food items according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and bussing tables.
• Support chefs and kitchen staff with various tasks as needed, including food assembly and plating.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all kitchen operations.
• Help with inventory management by restocking supplies and ingredients as necessary.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing any guest inquiries or requests related to food service.

Skills

• Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members.
• Basic culinary skills, including knowledge of food preparation techniques.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent teamwork skills, demonstrating a willingness to help others in the kitchen.
• Familiarity with food safety practices and sanitation standards is a plus.
