Position Overview:
As the Lead Budtender, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our dispensary, working closely with the General Manager to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and business success. You will assist in overseeing all aspects of the facility, including sales, inventory management, staff training, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in managing daily operations, including sales, inventory, and staff scheduling.
- Provide exceptional customer service and cultivate positive relationships with clients.
- Train and mentor staff members to ensure a high standard of product knowledge and service.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors to maintain adequate stock.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state regulations.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, address concerns, and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards at all times.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in cannabis leadership (preferred).
- Strong understanding of cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with state and local regulations governing the sale of cannabis products.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
