Job Duties:
- Provides clinical therapeutic intervention for low to moderate mental health issues for children, adolescents, and their families utilizing required screening, assessment, and treatment planning.
- Provides psychological testing services for children and adolescents.
- Completes administrative duties necessary to carry out clinical responsibilities in a timely fashion.
- Maintains timely and accurate assessment, treatment, and consultation records.
- Lead crisis intervention methods and provide insight into the development of functional assessments and behavioral intervention plans
- Complete clinical documentation according to policy
- Requires a doctoral degree in clinical psychology (PsyD or PhD)
- Must be licensed or license-eligible in the state of California
- Demonstrated skills in providing developmental assessment, psychological testing, and problem-focused psychotherapy working with children and adolescents and their families
- Expertise in diagnosis and treatment of symptoms and behaviors associated with ADHD, anxiety, disordered attachment, mood disorders, autism spectrum, and other conditions impacting childhood development
- Expertise in working with families as a component of treating children and youth
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
