Seeking a Compassionate Nurse Practitioner to Join Our Healthcare Team!

We are looking for a compassionate Full-time Family Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic healthcare team and contribute to our mission of improving health outcomes. We are dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare to our diverse patient population. Our comprehensive Primary and Specialty care services focus on disease prevention, health promotion, and patient education for individuals of all ages.

Schedule: Mon-Fri 10 AM - 7 PM and Sunday 10 AM - 4 PM

Salary: $150,000.00 - $175,000.00 a year plus

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive physical assessments
• Diagnose and treat common acute illnesses and injuries
• Manage chronic health conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, and asthma
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Prescribe medications and treatments
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals for coordinated care
• Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention strategies
  
  
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
• Current Ne York state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Athenahealth electronic health record system
• Knowledge of ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding systems
• Ability to perform phlebotomy procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
