They can also write prescriptions and order diagnostic tests when necessary. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

Job Description
We need a Nurse Practitioner who can provide care to their patients without being directly overseen by a physician in many states. Responsibilities:
- Recording a patient’s medical history
- Updating medical records
- Documenting symptoms
- Collecting samples (blood, urine, mucus, stool, etc.)
- Ordering lab tests or diagnostic procedures as necessary
- Performing detailed examinations of the patient
- Creating and implementing treatment plans
- Coordinating with other medical professionals and specialists as necessary
- Prescribing medications
- Performing small medical procedures
- Monitoring patients to determine if treatment is successful and, if not, to identify which adjustments might be made
- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
