Position: Full-Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thoughtful evaluations that guide clients toward effective treatment plans.
- Provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families, adapting to their unique needs and circumstances.
- Work alongside clients to set achievable goals and track their progress.
- Maintain clear, accurate documentation that ensures quality and compliance.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to continuously enhance your skills.
Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, plus an attractive benefits package.
Qualifications:
- A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field.
- Active LCMHC license in Vermont State.
- Experience working with a diverse range of individuals.
- Expertise in evidence-based therapeutic practices.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with a team.
