As part of this role, you'll work with a diverse range of clients, utilizing evidence-based techniques to promote well-being and personal growth.
Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine client needs.
- Provide therapy for individuals, couples, and families using various treatment modalities.
- Assist clients in setting and achieving therapy goals.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with ethical guidelines.
- Stay informed on the latest practices in mental health counseling.
Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, plus a full benefits package.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree or higher in Counseling or a related field.
- Active LCMHC license in your state.
- Experience working with diverse client populations.
- Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic methods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate with a team while working independently.
