Salary: $100,000-$105,000 per year with full benefits
Responsibilities:
- Understand your patient's problems, decide on a course of treatment and help them cope
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Understand the theoretical framework of your treatment method and use it to analyze specific situations
- Deliver therapy sessions using evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy
- Provide crisis intervention and management as needed
- Stay informed on the latest developments in the field
- Be willing to grow and learn the most effective methods of treatment
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Professional Counselor from an accredited program
- Active Maryland state license as LCPC
- At least 2 years of proven experience in providing clinical services
- Show off your knowledge of solution-based psychotherapy interventions and techniques.
- Must be proficient with computer operations to include MS Outlook, Word, and other software products
- Must be able to demonstrate ability to complete documentation of clinical records in electronic health record system
