What You’ll Do:
As a Psychologist at [Your Company Name], you'll work with individuals, couples, or families across the lifespan, using a variety of clinical approaches tailored to each client’s needs. You'll have the freedom to focus on the work you love while we take care of the rest.
- Conduct thorough psychological assessments and evaluations
- Deliver individual, couples, and/or group therapy using evidence-based practices
- Develop and monitor client-centered treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical standards
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for coordinated care and support
- Engage in regular clinical consultations and optional trainings
- Are a licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in California
- Have strong experience in providing individual or group therapy
- Are passionate about client-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally competent care
- Thrive in a collaborative environment but can also work independently
- Feel confident using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems
