Key Duties:
- Conduct in-depth assessments to create effective treatment plans.
- Deliver evidence-based therapy to foster positive mental health outcomes.
- Keep meticulous records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
- Educate and support patients and families throughout their mental health journey.
- Stay informed on best practices and implement them in your daily work.
Earnings: $110,000 - $130,000 annually, with a full suite of benefits.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
- Active LCSW license in California.
- Significant experience in clinical assessments and treatment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
