Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual assessments to understand the needs and strengths of clients
- Provide therapy to individuals, families, and groups based on research-backed methods
- Work with healthcare providers to develop comprehensive care plans
- Connect clients to vital community resources and advocate for their needs
- Document client progress and interactions accurately and thoroughly
- Engage in team discussions and participate in ongoing professional growth
Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, plus benefits.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work
- LCSW licensure in good standing
- Experience working with older adults
- Strong clinical assessment and therapeutic skills
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
- Comfort with both independent and team-oriented work
