As Part of Our Team, You Will:
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of documentation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate and effective counseling
- Monitor client progress and provide feedback during team meetings
- Apply evidence-based techniques to enhance client outcomes
- Offer support to families, helping them gain valuable skills for their child's development
REQUIREMENTS:
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution
- Must hold a valid LCSW license in the state
- Must have experience working with older adults
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
