Your Role:

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution
- Current LCSW licensure in the state
- Experience working with older adults is required
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
