Job Type: Full-Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Your Role:
- Provide individual therapy through virtual sessions and in-office appointments to support clients’ mental health.
- Assess client needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement strategies for improvement.
- Help clients set and achieve meaningful personal goals.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
Earnings: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, with comprehensive benefits.
Qualifications:
- A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
- Active LICSW license in Washington, with a record of ethical practice.
- Proven ability in clinical social work, including assessment and treatment planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competency in technology and remote care platforms.
