Remote LICSW – Full-Time Telehealth Position in Iowa
We are looking for licensed clinicians to provide virtual therapy services, helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. Our organization prioritizes accessibility, integrity, and high-quality care. To support your clinical work, we manage all administrative tasks, allowing you to focus solely on client care.
Position Details:
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
- Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and social needs
- Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based practices
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans
- Support clients and families in managing mental health challenges
- Advocate for clients, connecting them with essential community resources
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution
- Active LICSW license in Iowa
- Experience in nonprofit, telehealth, or similar clinical settings is a plus
- Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care and advocacy
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
