Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker – Virtual Therapy Role in Iowa

Position Overview:
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
- Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 annually
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform in-depth evaluations to assess clients' mental and emotional health
- Conduct individual and group therapy using best-practice methodologies
- Design and implement tailored treatment plans to address clients’ needs
- Provide guidance and resources to individuals and families
- Advocate for clients and ensure access to essential support services
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Active Iowa LICSW license
- Experience in nonprofit or behavioral health settings is preferred
- Expertise in trauma-informed care and mental health advocacy
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
