We are expanding our team of mental health professionals and are looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join us. Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Key Duties:
- Conduct therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families.
- Implement client-specific therapeutic interventions.
- Facilitate growth and coping mechanisms in clients.
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards in therapy.
- Provide informed guidance on treatment plans and decisions.
- Empower clients with tools for better emotional health and relationships.
Pay Range: $110,000 - $130,000 annually, plus comprehensive benefits.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- California LMFT license.
- Familiarity with family systems and counseling techniques.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- At least 2 years of professional experience preferred.
