Core Responsibilities:
- Assess and document mood disorders, including symptoms’ duration and severity.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients.
- Provide education and support to clients and families about mental health conditions and treatments.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
- Regularly review progress and modify treatment approaches when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Engage in team consultations, case reviews, and ongoing professional learning.
- Champion mental health awareness and client needs in the community.
Salary: $110,000–$130,000 annually, with full benefits included.
Required Qualifications:
- Active LMFT license in California.
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build effective client relationships.
