Salary: $100,000 to $105,000

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Provide group and individual evidenced-based therapy through modalities consistently with assigned clients
• Completes detailed and timely documentation including biopsychosocial assessment, weekly goal setting and treatment planning, progress notes, discharge planning, and group and individual sessions
• Work with each client in establishing an aftercare plan that will set them up for success upon discharge from the program
• Maintain regular contact with families, outside clinicians, and referring parties (as appropriate) to ensure continuity of care
• Complete all required documentation promptly by company policies and procedures
  
  
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Master's degree in (LMFT)
• Active license in Washington (LMFT)
• 3 years of experience in a medical environment or clinical process experience
• Must be able to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality
