Responsibilities:
- Provide group and individual evidenced-based therapy through modalities consistently with assigned clients
- Completes detailed and timely documentation including biopsychosocial assessment, weekly goal setting and treatment planning, progress notes, discharge planning, and group and individual sessions
- Work with each client in establishing an aftercare plan that will set them up for success upon discharge from the program
- Maintain regular contact with families, outside clinicians, and referring parties (as appropriate) to ensure continuity of care
- Complete all required documentation promptly by company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Master's degree in (LMFT)
- Active license in Washington (LMFT)
- 3 years of experience in a medical environment or clinical process experience
- Must be able to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
