Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive therapy services, including individual, group, and family sessions
- Conducts evaluations and assessments
- Monitors outcomes as a member of the team
- Inspire hope that addiction is not a moral failing but a mental disease that can be overcome
- Develop individual treatment plans based on psychiatric diagnosis, identified problems, and treatment needs for each case
- Complete all necessary charting, reports and statistical information necessary for assigned client population, in a timely manner
Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy
- Current licensure as LMFT in the California
- Has a maximum 2 years of experience
- Skilled in conducting one-on-one and family therapy
- Proficiency in medical terminology and experience with patient assessments
- Proficient in a variety of therapeutic modalities and interventions
- Experienced in using technology to enhance therapy outcomes
