Our Practice: We are a counseling center focused on using evidence-based therapies to support clients in reaching their mental health goals. We believe in the power of collaborative care and strive to create a nurturing environment for clients.
Job Type: Full-Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Responsibilities:
- Lead therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on client needs.
- Provide therapy using a variety of techniques and methods.
- Collaborate with team members to provide comprehensive care.
- Keep accurate, up-to-date client records.
Compensation: $90k - $110k per year with benefits.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
- Valid LMFT license Arizona.
- Experience with diverse populations and presenting issues.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ongoing commitment to professional development.
