Full-Time LMFT Position in Juneau, AK – Transform Lives with Therapy

We are looking for an experienced Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our full-time team. If you're passionate about helping people create lasting change, this role offers the opportunity to make a profound impact.

Job Information :

  • Type : Full-Time
  • Hours : Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Your Role :

  • Conduct therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families.
  • Assess needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Use evidence-based methods to guide clients toward achieving their goals.
  • Collaborate with a team of professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress.

    • Salary : $90k - $110k per year with full benefits.

    Requirements

    Required Qualifications :

  • Master’s or Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
  • LMFT license in Alaska required.
  • Experience with diverse clients.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
  • Commitment to professional growth and ethical practice.
