Job Type: Full-Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 annually, plus benefits
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide both individual and group therapy, addressing a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and holistic patient support
- Engage in professional development and stay abreast of current therapeutic practices
- Contribute to the improvement of clinical services and patient care protocols
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling. Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field from an accredited institution
- Active license/certification in your respective state or jurisdiction (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT)
- Minimum of two years of experience working with individuals facing emotional challenges
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly
- Experience using electronic medical records systems preferred but not required
