As a Mental Health Therapist, you will play an instrumental role in delivering effective counseling services, conducting thorough assessments, developing tailored treatment plans, and maintaining comprehensive clinical records. SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday 8 AM - 5 PM

SALARY: $120,000 to $130,000 per year with benefits

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performs a variety of patient care and therapeutic activities
• Formulates programs/groups for treatment and rehabilitation of psychiatric patients
• Monitors outcomes as a member of the team
• Participates in continuity of care and/or discharge planning. Facilitates advance care planning
• Develop individual treatment plans based on psychiatric diagnosis, identified problems, and treatment needs for each case
• Documents patient care activity in institutional electronic healthcare record in accordance with departmental documentation policy
  
  
  

Requirements

Job Skills & Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health, or related field. (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW)
• Active licensure in the state of California
• You have 2 year or more of experience working with children or families with developmental differences
• You are well-grounded in and knowledgeable in a variety of empirically supported psychotherapy treatment approaches including, but not limited to, cognitive and behavioral, postmodern/post-structural, social-constructionism, and narrative therapy
• You have a commitment to providing exceptional client care and using client feedback to improve care
• You are open minded desire to learn from other professional disciplines and knowledge bases as well as local knowledge of colleagues and families we serve
