Position: Full-time, Remote
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 annually, plus competitive benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Lead virtual therapy sessions to promote mental wellness.
- Establish a safe, welcoming environment for clients to express themselves.
- Partner with clients to define and reach personal goals.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment strategies.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
- Licensed to practice independently (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).
- Proven experience in therapy and treatment planning.
- Exceptional communication and trust-building abilities in virtual settings.
- Proficient with online therapy tools and platforms.
