Your Day-to-Day Might Include:
- Provide individual, couples, and/or group counseling based on your expertise and interest areas
- Use evidence-based, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive approaches
- Develop and maintain comprehensive treatment plans and progress notes
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive, collegial environment
- Participate in case consultations, supervision (if needed), and continuing education
- Deliver therapy both in-office and via telehealth, depending on client and clinician preferences
- Hold a valid LMHC license in New York State
- Are passionate about helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, identity, life transitions, or relationship challenges
- Demonstrate warmth, empathy, and professionalism in your clinical approach
- Are self-motivated and organized, with strong communication skills
