Salary:
$110,000 - $130,000 per year with full benefits
Your Role Will Include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments and creating tailored treatment plans.
- Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions.
- Keeping detailed, confidential records of client interactions.
- Assessing the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions.
- Guiding clients to additional community resources.
- Providing psychotherapy for individuals, groups, and families.
- Documenting all therapy sessions and treatments.
- Supporting direct patient care when needed.
Requirements
What You Need to Succeed:
- A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.
- An active independent license (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT).
- A minimum of two years of professional experience in the field.
