Role Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
What You'll Do:
- Conduct virtual therapy sessions with adults experiencing a range of emotional challenges.
- Leverage evidence-based assessments to evaluate progress and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records using an intuitive, secure platform designed for therapists.
- Work alongside experienced leaders for support and clinical insight when needed.
Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 annually, plus full benefits
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s or doctoral degree in a relevant field (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPCC).
- Active licensure in your home state; additional licenses are advantageous.
- At least one year of experience as an independently licensed practitioner.
- Proficiency with evidence-based therapy techniques, particularly for anxiety and depression.
