Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $90,000 to $100,000 annually, plus benefits

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Leveraging assessment tools to monitor client progress and refine treatment strategies as needed.
- Maintaining accurate, timely clinical documentation using our streamlined therapist portal.
- Collaborating with clinical leaders for insights and guidance when needed.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Independent licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) in California.
- A minimum of two year’s experience practicing independently as a licensed therapist.
- Recent experience in delivering evidence-based therapies for anxiety, depression, and related concerns.
- Comfort with and enthusiasm for incorporating digital tools into clinical practice.
- A commitment to delivering culturally responsive care to diverse communities.
