Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) – Remote in California

Job Type: Full-time, remote
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 per year
Responsibilities:
- Conduct therapy sessions, perform client assessments, and create effective treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including clinical notes and progress reports.
- Work in collaboration with healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans.
- Offer crisis intervention and counseling services to support emotional and behavioral health needs.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
- Active LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license in California.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an outpatient setting.
- Strong ability to work independently with excellent organizational skills.
- Comfortable using computer systems for documentation and client records.
