Mental Health Therapist (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT) – California Virtual Position

Employment Type: Full-time, Remote
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000 annually, with complete benefits
Responsibilities Include:
- Provide high-quality online therapy sessions, including individual, family, and group counseling.
- Partner with clients to establish personalized treatment goals that enhance their mental health journey.
- Offer crisis intervention and emotional support as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date client records, ensuring all documentation meets legal and ethical standards.
- Work collaboratively with a team of professionals to provide holistic care.
- Stay informed on the latest developments in mental health therapy.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
- Valid LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT license in California or eligibility for licensure.
