Job Type: Full-Time
Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Responsibilities Include:
- Providing therapy to adults in live virtual sessions, addressing a variety of emotional and psychological needs.
- Utilizing assessment tools to monitor patient progress and refine treatment approaches.
- Completing clinical documentation using a streamlined, therapist-friendly system.
- Engaging with a leadership team for collaboration and consultation as necessary.
Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 annually, with benefits
What We're Looking For:
- Master’s or doctoral degree in mental health-related fields (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPCC).
- An active license to practice independently; additional state licenses are an asset.
- At least one year of independent practice experience.
- Proficiency in evidence-based therapies such as CBT for treating adult populations.
- Enthusiasm for incorporating digital tools into therapy practices.
