Mental Health Therapist Role – California

Employment Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary Range: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
- Conducting assessments and building personalized treatment plans.
- Evaluating progress and adapting interventions when necessary.
- Partnering with psychiatrists and healthcare professionals as needed.
- Ensuring accurate documentation while maintaining meaningful connections with clients.
- Contributing to a team-driven, patient-centered approach to mental health care.
What You Need to Apply:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in mental health therapy.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
- Active LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license in California.
- A strong sense of empathy and a commitment to high-quality care.
