Employment Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary Range: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
Key Duties:
- Provide comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Track patient progress and make necessary adjustments to care strategies.
- Consult with psychiatrists when medication management is needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation while keeping patient care the top priority.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic support.
Qualifications:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a clinical setting.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
- Active LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license in California.
- Strong ability to build trust and communicate effectively.
