Job Description:

Position Overview:
- Full-time, 100% remote work
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
- Conduct mental health assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
- Work alongside other professionals to ensure holistic client care.
- Document client progress in a timely and accurate manner.
- Keep up to date with evolving practices in mental health care.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
- Active California license (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
