Position Overview:
- Full-time, fully remote position
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Salary range: $110,000 - $130,000 per year
Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based methods.
- Perform comprehensive assessments and tailor treatment plans to each client’s needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
- Maintain detailed and timely clinical documentation.
- Stay informed on emerging best practices in mental health treatment.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in a relevant mental health field.
- Active California licensure (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or equivalent).
- At least 2 years of experience working with diverse populations.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
